Library 2.0

I think Library 2.0 will see Libraries access a lot of the new technology that is being used by just about everybody these days. This could be contacting customers about overdue books via SMS, "lending" downlaods, having ipods with podcasts available, and instructing on blogging, tagging and effective web searching. I think it is an exciting time to be involved in the information industry, and it will be very interesting to see how all this technology will change the way people view Libraries.
